Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was clean and tidy, ideal for my daughter's wedding located nearby. The room was quiet and comfortable, with good links to the M20, making it convenient for our journey to the north of England from the continent via the Channel Tunnel. However, there were no new coffee items available.
The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean rooms and helpful staff. The location was good, but some areas needed an upgrade, and the dining experience, although tasty, had its drawbacks. Overall, a decent choice for the price.
The hotel had a mixed experience; the rooms felt a little 'tired,' stunk of damp, but had a lovely view over the golf course. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster, ranging from excellent and very attentive to disruptions from early hours partying. The location was suited for my visit, but a bit out of the way from Maidstone town center, and the dining experience varied from chaos with long queues to delicious meals. Overall, the facilities were alright, offering some positives and negatives.
